EYFS Christmas Performance

Tuesday 9th December 1.30pm-2pm

Parking will be available in the KS2 playground from 1.20pm

KS1 & KS2 Christmas Performance & Christmas Fayre

Thursday 11th December 2pm–4pm

We are looking forward to welcoming our community into school on Thursday 11th December for our Christmas Fayre.

This will be a non-uniform day, with a Christmas theme.

The afternoon will start with a small musical performance in the hall at 2pm for KS1 and KS2 parents only, followed by our Christmas market stalls for all parents from around 2.30pm–4pm.

The PTCG will be selling refreshments and running a tuck shop in our Food Technology room.

If you are able to donate cakes for our cake sale, please bring them to the school office by Thursday 11th December.

The children have been working very hard on the items they will be selling in their stalls.

This will be a cash-only event.

As parking at school is limited, we are very grateful to Reverend Keenan for kindly offering the use of the Glass Church car park for this event.

Whole School Christmas Lunch

Thursday 18th December

On the last day of term we will have a whole school Christmas lunch in the hall.

Following the success of our whole school Christmas lunch last year, Miss Hammond would like to bring the whole school together again this year to celebrate the last day of term on Thursday 18th December with a festive lunch.

If you wish to order the hot lunch for your child, you will need to log into ParentPay to book. The lunch is £2.50 per child and is free for any Jersey Premium families.

If you do not wish your child to have a Christmas Lunch that day, you can send your child in with a packed lunch which they will eat with the rest of the school in the hall.

Let’s Get Cooking Programme

This term our Year 1 and Year 2 children took part in the Let's Cooking Programme.

Caring Cooks have asked us to share the link to the parent survey with our Year 1 and Year 2 parents below, together with the following message:

We hope the children enjoyed learning new recipes, building confidence in the kitchen, and discovering more about healthy eating.

As part of our funding, we are required to report on the difference the programme has made for children and families. To do this, we ask parents to complete a very short survey, just 8 quick questions that take around 2 minutes to complete. The survey is completely anonymous.

Let’s Get Cooking Parent Survey

We would be so grateful if you could forward this to families, as their feedback helps us:

  • Show funders the impact the programme has had on children’s eating habits and cooking skills
  • Secure future funding so more pupils can take part
  • Continue to support healthy lifestyles in Jersey schools

Thank you very much for your support. It really makes a difference.
