The children were transported to Africa and taken on a musical journey where they enjoyed listening to pieces played on the violin as well as some songs that they were able to join in with. The children also enjoyed the story of 'The Meerkat and the Lion'. This workshop tied in nicely with Year 2's work on animals and their habitats.
